Why did the CRTC remove a Dire Strait song from the radio?

CRTC has removed "Money For Nothing" song from radio because of a slandering word that may bother some people. But why is it all of the tv shows, newspapers and video games etc.. nowadays are the most violent graphic and degrading than they have ever been (Family guy, Jersey Shores,Kenny VS Spenny etc..) I do not quite understand the rationing. DO YOU?
