Do multivitamin tablets help you grow hair?!?!!?!?? HELP?

Does taking a multivitamin such as Flinstones, help you grow your hair healthier or longer? Please tell me, if it does or not. I have the multivitamin, just want to make sure it will be good for my hair. I also take biotin forte 5 everyday. Thx.
