Eyesight results my sph/cyl for the right eye is -15.50/-2.50 and left eye is -14.00/250 how bad is my sight?

the axis for the right eye is 25 and left is 165 and the V/A is right eye 6/9 and left 6/6- could anyone explain to me what this means please and if this information would be cled as severley sighted/blindness
