What is the required square footage for a foot powered glider to lift some one that is between 145 and 150 bls

I'm trying to make a home made glider that is as light as possible to rise about six feet from the ground, not off a cliff or anything like that. I am about 145.5 punds and don't really plan on getting much heavier. I plan on making it out of wood and canvas, or maybe an other lighter sail material. I have no desighn in mind yet, just that I want it to look authentic, and with no double wings. Can anyone give me info that would help me, and or the required square fottage to give me a lift? Thanks, and I know it's dangerous, so you won't see me jumping off my roof or anything like that. It's going to be foot powered meaning I'm runnung it down a hill.
