Would you support removing the ban on domestic pet skunks in Illinois?

The striped skunk was the first domesticated companion animal in the USA. They actually make great pets. Independant like a cat, but trainable like a dog.They were later used for fur. In the late 1970's there was an epidemic outbreak of rabies, causing a ban. With modern vaccines available, I believe the ban should be lifted. www.skunklaw.com and www.skunkhaven.net are good info sources (This question does not involve wild skunks, I am only talking about farm raised domestic skunks)
