Help with Senior housing?

My Grandfather is in a home and we need to get lables for his clothing. Someone must of had a couple extra lables and put them on his clothing and believe me, these things do not come off in the wash. The problem is, I need more and OMG, can't find them anywhere. I don't know what they are called or where to get them. Can anyone help. I need an adhesive type lable that will not come off in the wash...Please help.
