Free will vs. The will of God: where do you draw the line?

First of all WE don't draw the line. The line is already drawn. God had nothing to do with the murder but He allowed it else the drunken man would not have had free will. God created the universe to be discovered. The doctor was given the talent to treat. But ,yes, God is in complete control of everything, and He actually knows what He is doing whether we understand it or not.
