Whats wrong with my fiancee????

So my fiancee is a Fireman and usually he text messages me A LOT while he's working, or when he can anyway.. well he hasn't texted me in an hour and "ignores" my calls when I call.. he is at work tonight and says he is "dealing with a patient" but yet he can't take 2 minutes to at least talk to me?? Or even text?? I am upset and just told him "whatever, good night"
