Do antibiotics affect birth control retroactively?

I started the inactive week of Yasmin on Friday (been on it for about two years), had Saturday morning, got sick Sunday and started taking keflex, a penicillin. Am I at risk of pregnancy because I had just a day before starting the antibiotic?
