In love with a libra male! HELP!?

I have been dating him on and off for a few months now, he is so indecisive though! I know he had a bad break up where his ex cheated on him, and I know he is still getting over that, and I think he still loves her. I am a virgo myself, I am crazy about him, the cant eat cant sleep, head over heals type! I am just at my witts end and don't know how I can make him realize that I would be better to him then she ever was. This is new to me, Ive never fallen for someone that didnt feel the same for me. Not to sound full of myself but I am attractive, feminine and successful and care deeply for those I love in my life. Any advise on how to get him to give this a real chance would be greatly appreciated!!!
