I love this guy a lot and after saying no to him 3 i asked him out ..but now he refused?

i m tired now i hav loved him from the starting...but whn he proposed i had said no since i knew he wasnt serious bt now i feel he does love me bt is just pretending ... so wat shud i do nw?? move on or still wait for him to thnk wid a clear mind??......are we ever goin to be??
