Do I have a case against my manager?

I have been working for a company just over three months and during that time we never had a set break you had to basically run outside for a quick cigarette or sit down for a few seconds, well i ran outside the other day with another employee because we were not busy and a person from another store took our picture and sent a picture message to the dm. i don't understand how they can do that.. we need to have a break don't we? it doesn't matter if we work 8 or 10 hours we never get an actual break! Yesterday we had an inspection, and the manager asked me to do some prep so i started to do the prep, then the inspector asked him to clean the ceiling tiles therefore he asked me to clear off the counter so i left the prep to do that then he asked about the cookie cabinet and said we needed some baked so i went to do that then he was complaining about how the counter needed to be cleared off for when he did the tiles because it was going to get dusty and by this time he was already on the latter so i went to do the dishes which would clear off the counter then he says "if you all want to keep your job you better listen to me im your boss" and i just looked at him i was so confused, im the one rushing around trying to do everything but he literally doesn't give me the chance and then asks me to do something else then gets mad when the first thing isn't done.. i was so confused, then out of no where he jumps down from the latter and says " no one wants to do the cookies fine ill do the ******* cookies" while the inspector was there.. i don't know if she heard or not because he actually scared me, he was so angry therefore for some reason i started to cry because i don't think i should be treated this way.. especially at a min. wage job like that.. so i went to the washroom to calm down then when i go out to talk to him hes on the phone to the dm, so i throw my hat down in tears and leave, the inspector rushed out and begged me to go back in but i didn't, and the dm wants to give me my job back but i don't want it and i want to know if i have a case to bring to hr? i had long term plan to stay at this place, at least 3 years while i went to school and now im stuck without a job and yes i know she offered me my job back and is saying she can transfer me to a different store which i cant do because its too far, i know i was a good employee but i don't think im worth begging to go back, they get a dozen resumes a day so maybe she thinks im going to report them? would you or is it a waste of my time? I really don't think anyones job who be threatened when they are working and just a few days before that he was telling the other staff I was the strongest employee and then to say to everyone if you all want to keep your job you better listen to me im your boss.. i just don't think good employees should have to hear that
