Why does the media rarely show Kate Middleton talking? Is she inarticulate?

I reviewed her interview last fall and every tenth word was either actually, or your know, or ummmm, or actually, or ummmm. She had no control to her voice. At least Diana could measure her sentences and articulate clearly. Middleton seems to swallow her words and he sentences are choppy and full of verbal tics and parasites. Is this why the media seldom show her speaking?
