PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION!? please... ?

Ok so there's this guy on my brothers baseball team and i think he's really cute/hot and i wanna be friends with him. But everyone calls him weird the coach told him he's like an annoying rash that won't go away, he pretends to be a ninja when he's on deck because he doesn't practice his swing he twirls the bat around. I kinda have a crush on him, he makes me smile whenever i see him. He also does ballet and i'm jealous because i want to learn ballet but it's only his 1st year of it. And i just wanna get to know him and be buddies or more than friends but there's only about 3 games left till i never see him again, and yeah pleeease help me.
