Need some good advice PLEASE.?

Call it obsessing or whatever, but i am smart enough not to talk to her 24/7. This girl and i have been good friends since a year in school, but recently we have gotten much closer.. She confided in me, i did too.. Also, she's made clear that she thinks of me as someone with great character and intellect (we both have the same hobbies and favorite movies, shows, etc).. She compliments me a lot, i do too. But even though things are going alright, it seems inadequate. I mean, i feel like ignoring the whole world over her.. I don't even know why i'm asking this question. I just need to hear it from someone if i'm on the right track, and what NOT should i do to put this relationship in jeopardy? No, we are not going out. But i am the only guy she talks to so openly and not just that, she treats me differently than any other guy. We have the most intimate talks. Even on the phone, we once went on for like three hours, and ended with the note that we acknowledged that there are times when we both are talking at the same time, with some people you just don't know how to have a conversation, but we go with it so easily (she brought it up).. I don't want to rush anything as yet though, cause she DOES have a somewhat strict family with serious issues..
