Military insurance (Tricare) is dropping our insurance when I'm 30 weeks pregnant!! What can I do?

My husband is getting out of the Marine Corps and we were told by our doctor that everything is covered even after were out because its a preexsisting condition. However the Tricare hotline help lady told me thats not so at all. As soon as my husband hits his last day of service all insurance will be discontinued. So I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant with no OB doctor, insurance, or istance from anyone on base. I'm having a prego panic attack! haha. What are my options ( since no one at any hospital or clinic will help me )!
