I donʻt know what to do, I found a kitten yesterday and his tail is broken or something!?

I found him yesterday, and I think he was either thrown out of a moving vehicle or he got clipped by a moving vehicle. His tail has no feeling in it, and it just drags behind him. And I think his left rear paw is hurt too, I think he sprained it or something. When he walks he has like a wobble. He uses it, but not fully. Its like heʻs limping, but heʻs not limping because he walks on it and everything most of the time. Do you think itʻs fractured or something? Or just a little bruise? And heʻs very, very skinny. And I just fed, and watered him, and I bathed him with flea shampoo. I think Iʻm going to take him to the Vet on Monday too. What should I do?
