Does anyone know who or what Levitar is?

Well We are hearing odd voices and there is something saying Levitar or Levitared, Levitaret. And we freaking out hearing bells chiming out of no where and hearing people moaning and they are doing some construction, We found a cerimonial blade with crows fethers all around it, and screws went up the floor and right back down and cracked the wood floors we have. Please any help is accepted.
