Can anyone agree with me on this: Lil Wayne?

Alright, everyone here understand me for a second here. Lil wayne is most defently not the best rapper alive. Hes not even in my top 10. But I think wayne is actually kind of good. Like not to get any hate responses but my freinds convinced me to listen to Carter 1 2 and 3, and Prefix, Sufix, and Da Drought 3, and hes actually kinda dope. Hes like a lyrical in in some songs. (not nearly like em or andre3k for an example but nice) Wayne has a bad mainstream appearance, and like wtf wayne, why'de u ruin ur voice and go into rock, but if u kinda look past the voice and listen to his words in some of his stuff I think he deserves a spot in the Top 30 rappers... as in like 25-30. Like listen, if u do not beleive I can understand because ive sent hate mail to people that did this, and I wish I could take it back but, im a really big, Rakim, Nas, Outkast, Eminem and Pac fan, like i have all the Rakim and Nas albums, TheloveBelow/Speakerboxxxx ATLeins Aquemini and stankonia for outkast, SSLP MMLP & Relapse for eminem and all the pac (predeath) albums, im not a main stream, autotune junky, i like the real sh*t, but i just think waynes pretty dope and deserves a top in the top 30 if u wonna know what i see in him: Good Beats, Experimental, Clean Flow but diffferent per song, and Rhyming Creativly. Tell me what all ya think about this, i understand hate mail but try to cut back?
