Belly on piercing?!?

sooo i want to get my belly on pierced but i'm not too sure. i am not in love with my stomach, it's okay but its my most self concious part of my body. one of the things i do not like is i think my belly on doesnt point upwards enough. but i think if i got my belly on pierced then the piercing would kind of hold my belly on up, make me look a bit thiner and more confident? i dont know what do you tink? also i heard that the skin around the belly on will sag..does it?
